International design award for Franconian stand builder
Hanover - bbco MesseManufaktur GmbH from Veitsbronn receives an iF DESIGN AWARD 2016 in the Interior Architecture discipline, Exhibitions/Trade Fairs category.
The company, which was only founded in 2010 and now has 18 employees, designed and realised a futuristic 650 square metres for Smurfit Kappa, the largest manufacturer of corrugated cardboard in Europe, at Fachpack 2015 in Nuremberg. This design achievement has now been honoured with the IF DESIGN AWARD.
For over 60 years, the IF DESIGN AWARD has been a globally recognised trademark when it comes to design excellence - it is one of the most important design prizes. This year, the iF World Design Guide's expert jury once again had to scrutinise over 5.000 entries from 53 countries.
At the awards ceremony on 26 February at BMW Welt in Munich, 2.000 guests from the worlds of politics, media and business are expected to attend the presentation of the awards to the 75 winners in the various disciplines and categories.
The award winners' recipe for success? “We don't just focus on building standard stands, but also on staging perfect presentations” says the founder and managing partner of bbco MesseManufaktur, Lars Borngräber, describing his growing company.
For the future, he is expecting around ten per cent new customers every year: ‘We simply enjoy giving a brand a distinctive face in a space - customers like that.
